automatic buy chips

Is it possible to create a cashier and link it to a paypal account ? or crate a system where people can buy an existing account loaded with chips and when they pay with paypal they get the username and password automatically by email ? any one can develop such thing ?

It's technically possible using the Poker Mavens API but PayPal does not allow gambling sites to use their system.

exactly but i did not really understand how the link is working to paypal. and waht is sandbox ? mainly because i don't know API or any computer language but i wish that i can find someone to do it for me

Sandbox is PayPal's testing site for developers who want to check the functioning of their integration of PP to their site. So it is not real money yet on BetCapper - altho' it is very weird that they offer the sandbox to random visitors! Bottom line: you need to get to establish a merchant acct w/PP and then get the API from them. Your engineers then do the integration. And you also have to build the 'Cashier' UI. Same for credit cards.
