tournament bug

Everytime the tournament is due I put the start time to 10pm it goes past 10pm and it doesn't start
I've tryed editing it through hours but never starts at the time I want it to.
Sometimes it starts at my time then recur I set as 60mins 60mins later the tournament time doesn't change.
